While looking for the right wedding photographer, many questions may occur to you.

Please find some them listed below, which I am asked for most frequently.

What exactly can we book?

My offers start at 8 hours wedding reportage for 1.600 Euro during the weekends (fri/sat)

I’d love to photograph your wedding day if you’d like. Please e-mail me for an individual offer.

How do you work on location?

Throughout the day I will capture all of the big and small moments that will happen during your wonderful wedding, and ensure that you have memories to last a lifetime.

I will wear a dress which is appropriate for your wedding.

We will have short civil marriage only, but like to have some wedding portraits. Can we book you as well?

Well, during summertime (Apr.-Oct.) I only offer the 4 hours minimum. If your marriage is in wintertime or during weekdays, just feel free to contact me for shorter bookings. Another option is to book me for an engagement shoot or an after wedding photo session, giving you the unique couples photographs that you want.

Can we split the hours we booked?

Unfortunately, no. The reason is that I save my time for your wedding exclusively that day, whether there is a full time program or some free hours. If you have some spare hours in between events, how about spending them for an extended wedding portrait shooting?

How can we do the booking?

I like to meet my clients personally if possible, or have a talk on the phone or skype. We can have a detailed talk about your wedding plans and determine whether my photography is the right fit for you. If you decide to do the wedding pictures with me, you can save your date by making a deposit. Please understand that I do not make reservations by email or phone only, a deposit is required.

Our wedding will be outside of Hamburg, can we still book you?

Of course! I love to travel and I’d love to do your wedding photography in Hamburg, Germany, or even abroad. I only charge costs that are directly related to travel fees and no other charges for the distance.

My packages for local weddings include 50 km by car in the price. Additional km are charged at 40 Cent/km.

What is the best time to book in advance?   

Once you have fixed your wedding date, location, and other such details, then begin to look into booking a photographer. Don’t hesitate to check out more than one photographer to find the right one for you.

In high season wedding months, such as May or August, my weekends are often booked a year in advance.

How long does it take to take our wedding portraits?                                                                     

For the best pictures, please plan at least 60-90 minutes for your portraits. The best sunlight available is during the golden hour in the late afternoon or early in the morning, if possible, try to plan the portrait session sometime around then.

How many photos do we get, and do you edit them?                                                                    

This depends on the amount of photo hours, the number of your guests, and actions on your wedding day. However, on average I take around 500 photographs.

Out of this you will get YOUR love story. I will sort out a variety of the best pictures, ensuring you will receive each and every special moment that I capture.

I edit photos to maintain their natural appearance.  You will receive a variety of colour, as well as black and white photos.

In addition to the DVD of the pictures, I provide the right to use the digital data for private use without limitation.

When do we get the photos?                                                                                                    

Usually I am able to get them to you within 14 days. During high season wedding months (apr-oct) it may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Do you deliver RAW data as well?                                                                                                            

I deliver a high quality product- your wedding photos. This means you will receive a complete product, and since RAW data is not complete, you will not get this. Nor will you miss it!

Will we get pictures of every guest?                                                                                                       

I cannot guarantee that. But if you consider booking the photobooth , every one of your guests can have their photos taken while having fun!

What kind of equipment do you use?                                                                                                    

I am always up to date with the latest technology, using the best lenses and always have a second camera on board in case of technical difficulties.
